Rikesh leads all technical and design work at RIDE. With over fifteen years of experience on developer-led residential and mixed-use schemes across London, he has an instinctive understanding of what makes a project viable, plannable, and buildable. He has worked across a wide range of typologies: former public house redevelopments, commercial-to-residential conversions, HMO and co-living schemes, new build apartment blocks, and mixed-use High Road developments. He is known among clients for the clarity and coordination of his technical drawings and for his ability to navigate complex planning environments. Rikesh is ARB registered.
Deepa leads the commercial and operational side of RIDE. She oversees business development, client relationships, planning strategy, and practice growth, and is typically the first point of contact for new developer enquiries. She ensures every project is set up correctly from the outset, scoped, priced, and structured so that the practice delivers what it promises. She believes strongly that a lean, agile practice delivers better outcomes for developer clients. Without layers of management or overhead, decisions get made quickly, communication is direct, and the commercial interests of the project stay front of mind throughout.

We develop the design concept from first principles, working up options that are viable, plannable, and commercially intelligent. We prepare and submit planning applications with supporting design narratives that are written to hold up through the determination process.
We produce a fully coordinated technical drawing package suitable for building regulations, contractor pricing, and construction. Our drawings are clear, detailed, and buildable. Produced to a standard that reduces on-site queries and keeps your contractor moving. We manage the discharge of planning conditions and coordinate specialist consultants across the full design team throughout this stage.
We carry out regular site visits to support the contractor through construction, responding to design queries, reviewing material and specification changes, and issuing variation drawings as required. We are hands-on throughout the build, keeping the design intent intact and ensuring what gets built matches what was designed.
